Online Bidding

ALL bidders must be registered to bid by noon the day before the sale. Any bidders trying to register after this deadline, are not guaranteed to bid. All bidders will register for an account with our online bidding platform. In registration, you will provide your bank name, bank contact number, and account number. We will verify that you are a customer in good standing then approve you to bid. At that point, you’ll receive an email verifying your approval.

Online Bidding: Internet bidding is provided by our company, MM Auction Services, LLC. Go to PremierOnlineSales.com and you can find it under current auctions at that link. All bidders need to register for an account first. Bidders will provide their bank name, bank contact, account number, and driver’s license number. We use this information to verify bidders are customers in good standing with their bank. Once we verify with your bank, we will approve you to bid and send you an email for confirmation. Then, Register to Bid for the sale. Click on How it Works to get started or call with questions. We would love to help, just give us a call @ 877-725-3636. There is a 1% online buyer’s fee as well as a 3% surcharge to pay with a credit or debit card (international 4%). Online bidders have two payment options: credit/debit card or ACH (e-check). There is no fee for paying with e-check. Make sure you plan accordingly and notify your bank of the charges. Any returned e-check charges will be accessed a $500 fee and required to wire the balance same day plus the $500 fee. International bidders have 2 payment options of credit/debit card (4% convenience fee) or wire transfer. Please know that all online bidders must be registered by noon the day before the sale or you will not be guaranteed to bid.

IMPORTANT: If you are a registered bidder and click to bid at any point, you will be the current winning bidder. No matter whether your cat, dog, or 2 year old clicks the bid button, you will be winning the lot. Bids can not be retracted at any point. Keep your username and password in a safe spot so no one can login and bid for you. If your account clicks to bid and you are the highest bidder, you will win the lot and be required to pay within 2 hours of sale closing.

TAX EXEMPTION

Tax exempt UTAH RESIDENTS, you will be required to fill a Resident Exemption Certificate out and turn it into our office before paying for your purchase. If you are buying for resale, you are required to provide your retail sales license number. If you are buying for agricultural purposes, you do not need to provide a sales tax license number. If the office does not have your completed exemption certificate at the time of payment, you will be accessed Utah Sales Tax at a rate of 7.1%.

NONRESIDENTS purchasing for resale will be required to fill out a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and turn it into our office before paying for your purchase. A retail sales license number & issuing state is required on the form. The ONLY way to be tax exempt is if you have a resale number in your resident state. If the office does not have your completed exemption certificate at the time of payment, you will be accessed Utah Sales Tax at a rate of 7.1%. NO, a tax exempt form will not work per Utah Law & because point of sale & possession is in Utah.
