Phone Bidding

ALL bidders must be registered to bid and have all pertinent forms emailed to the office by noon the day before the sale. Any bidders trying to register after this deadline, are not guaranteed to bid. .

Phone Bidding: Note that we do charge a 2% buyers premium for all winning phone bids. Each phone bidder is allowed to place bids on up to 4 mules. Each additional mule costs $100 to bid on and is payable only before the sale and will be deducted from your final invoice if you win a bid. In order to bid, you will need to fill out our phone bidding form. New bidders, make sure to include bank name, bank contact, and bank account number for verification of account. You will also need to include a payment method on the phone bidding form. Please email all forms and a copy of your drivers license together in one email to info@mmauctionservices.com. Upon completion, we will email you back confirmation. If you choose more than 4 horses to bid on, we will call you for payment before sale day. Deadline for phone bidding registration is the day before the sale by noon.

TAX EXEMPTION

Tax exempt UTAH RESIDENTS, you will be required to fill a Resident Exemption Certificate out and turn it into our office before paying for your purchase. If you are buying for resale, you are required to provide your retail sales license number. If you are buying for agricultural purposes, you do not need to provide a sales tax license number. If the office does not have your completed exemption certificate at the time of payment, you will be accessed Utah Sales Tax at a rate of 7.1%.

NONRESIDENTS purchasing for resale will be required to fill out a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and turn it into our office before paying for your purchase. A retail sales license number & issuing state is required on the form. The ONLY way to be tax exempt is if you have a resale number in your resident state. If the office does not have your completed exemption certificate at the time of payment, you will be accessed Utah Sales Tax at a rate of 7.1%. NO, a tax exempt form will not work per Utah Law & because point of sale & possession is in Utah.
